John has assisted me to identify, clarify and articulate my particular leadership style. He has worked with me, out of my practice experience, rather than impose a blueprint of what a CEO looks and acts like. I have found John to be supportive and insightful in this process.

John has provided me with strategies to address relationship challenges in my work environment. Again he has drawn on my own strengths and inclinations in doing this, so as to achieve an outcome that is more likely to be useful and therefore successful.
